According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 1.1 square miles (2.8 km2), all of it land.

Demographics

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 159 people, 52 households, and 42 families residing in the borough. The population density was 144.0 people per square mile (55.8/km²). There were 71 housing units at an average density of 64.3 per square mile (24.9/km²). The racial makeup of the borough was 99.37% White and 0.63% Native American.

There were 52 households out of which 44.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 71.2% were married couples living together, 7.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 19.2% were non-families. 17.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.06 and the average family size was 3.48.

In the borough the population was spread out with 33.3% under the age of 18, 8.2% from 18 to 24, 27.7% from 25 to 44, 15.1% from 45 to 64, and 15.7% who were 65 years of age or older.
